Corporate Governance Statement

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has issued a Corporate Governance Statement based on §§ 289f and 315d of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

It encompasses the Declaration of Compliance pursuant to § 161 of the AktG, information on corporate governance practices and a description of the procedures of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board as well the composition and procedures of their committees.
