A Career at DBAG

Are you interested in becoming part of DBAG?

With around 90 employees, we are one of the largest private equity firms in Germany. Our success is based on a culture of professionalism and mutual respect.

Whether you are a student, starting out on your career or have a few years of professional experience: Here you can find out what the reasons are for joining DBAG.

Five good reasons to opt for DBAG

Willingness to take responsibility, openness, mutual respect: these are values that we have cultivated for more than five decades.

Individual support and open cooperation strengthen our collaboration. We create free spaces in which personalities can develop.

The private equity business calls both for conscientious analysis and a willingness to take decisions, qualities well served by our flat hierarchies and short decision-taking lines.

Our employees appreciate our recognised values, the personal scope for creativity and flat hierarchies. This is reflected in our staff's long service to the company.

Not only the working conditions are attractive: our modern office is located in the middle of the financial metropolis Frankfurt am Main. The new office space, located directly on the banks of the River Main – which we moved into in December 2022 – with an inviting roof terrace, promotes collaboration and exchange.
