Thomas Weber joined DBAG in 2014 and works in the Business Development department.

Youssef Zauaghi joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG since 2023. In his role, he is responsible for corporate communications.

Prior to this, he gained international experience in media and analyst communications at Accenture and Jaguar Land Rover. He began his professional career at the PR agency SMART PR in Düsseldorf.

He studied business administration at the European Distance Learning University, Hamburg.

Sigrid Rosemeyer joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 2024 and heads the Investor Relations department.

Before joining DBAG, Sigrid Rosemeyer was a Managing Director at Capital Group for six years. Prior to that, she worked in asset management at Helaba Invest as Director Institutional Sales. Sigrid Rosemeyer began her career at Merrill Lynch, where during her 14-year tenure she was initially responsible for Fixed Income Institutional Clients, Equity Derivatives and most recently Structured Fund Sales in the DACH region.

Sigrid Rosemeyer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Management and Finance, Frankfurt/Main.

Yasmin Behboudi joined DBAG in 2021 and became Head of Human Resources in 2022.

Before joining DBAG, she was Executive Director in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt/Main. Prior to that, she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an HR Advisor and supervised employees in six European countries. Yasmin Behboudi began her career in recruiting specialists and executives at personnel consultancies specialising in the financial industry.

Yasmin Behboudi studied German & Historical Linguistics at Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main.

Brigitte Friedrich-Haack joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG as Head of Corporate Development in 2025.

Before joining DBAG, Brigitte Friedrich-Haack was Chief of Staff to the CEO of CIB Germany at BNP Paribas S.A. Prior to that, she worked as an equity research analyst for the DACH region at Exane, a subsidiary of BNP. She began her career as a consultant for Infrastructure Advisory & Mobility at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Brigitte Friedrich-Haack holds a Bachelor of Laws in Law, Financial Management, and Taxation from Wolfenbüttel University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg.
