Hair extensions consist of strands of hair applied, through different technologies, by professional hairstylists to the clients' natural hair to enhance its volume or length. The Group’s reputation as a premium luxury producer in the B2B market is built on its unique approach to internalized production, giving it a competitive edge in terms of product quality and access to the best sourcing channels. This vertical integration has also contributed to Great Lengths’ strong ESG profile, earning it the B Corporation certification, thanks to low-impact production technologies and high-profile ESG ethical standards.

Great Lengths employs 450 people, 100 of whom are based at the Nepi headquarters. The strong international presence is underscored by the fact that over 90 per cent of the Group’s revenues in 2023 came from exports, with the DACH region being a primary market.
