Supervisory Board extends the term of office of Susanne Zeidler

CFO contract extended until October 2025

Frankfurt/Main, 22 April 2020 – The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) has re-appointed Ms Susanne Zeidler as a member of the Board of Management of the listed private equity company until 31 October 2025. Ms Zeidler’s current term ends on 31 October 2020.

Susanne Zeidler (59) has been a member of DBAG’s Board of Management since 1 November 2012; she has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since March 2013, responsible for Finance and Accounting as well as other corporate functions. Her portfolio includes Investor Relations (capital markets), Legal (company law/capital markets) and Tax, Portfolio Valuation, Risk Management, as well as Human Resources and IT.
