Andrew Richards has informed the Board of Management of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG of his resignation from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. He will leave the Supervisory Board at the end of business on 13 October 2018. Mr Richards, who has been the Supervisory Board Chairman since March 2006, has resigned due to health reasons. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since March 2004.
Until a successor to the position of Supervisory Board Chairman has been elected, the Supervisory Board will be led by Gerhard Roggemann, the Deputy Supervisory Board Chairman.
