Dorothee Klein joined DBAG in 2018.

Prior to joining DBAG, she worked for 14 years in Human Resources at Goldman Sachs, thereof two years in a leading position. Before that, she spent six years in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley.

Dorothee Klein holds a degree as an International Office Manager (ESA) from the Academy for Office Communication and World Trade Languages.

THREE QUESTIONS FOR DOROTHEE KLEIN

  1. New members on our investment team are given the opportunity of working on transactions from the very start, thereby learning from experienced colleagues. We quickly delegate partial projects to them, which allows them to prove themselves and further develop their skills.

    Additionally, all of our employees benefit from our professional development programmes. We offer everyone the training needed to acquire the skills and knowledge required to do their job. An equally important part of the DBAG career experience is the training that focuses on improving personal skills and increasing methodological expertise.

  2. It’s true, employee satisfaction at DBAG is especially high. Not only do you see it in the daily activities at the Company, which is our comparatively small. Our employee surveys and statistics confirm it: even though new people have joined us over the past five years, our staff averages more than eight years of service.
